- If you experience issues with a file, contact us for support.
2. Physical Products
We accept refunds and returns in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective items upon arrival (must provide proof within 3 days of delivery).
- Incorrect item received (contact us immediately).
- Lost packages after a reasonable waiting period.
